Why did you decide to join the graduate program in this department?

“I joined the DGPE program to gain hands-on experience with a variety of geospatial ​technologies and apply these skills to coastal environments. ECU’s proximity to the coast made this the perfect fit. I was also impressed by Dr. Sirianni’s Coastal Geography and Terrain Analysis Lab and the types of research opportunities that I would be exposed to as a research assistant.”

“I am a huge fan of women’s soccer and basketball (go Chicago Sky!) and enjoy attending games every chance I get.”
