What led you to choose your major? My passion for creating equity and better quality of life for our communities through policy and the environment.

What are your plans after you graduate? I plan to pursue my M.A. in Environmental Management or a career in Hazard Mitigation.

What are your long-term career goals? To help create resilient and sustainable communities that are able to improve quality of life for the citizens while protecting the health of our environment.

What has been your favorite thing about the Department? I have enjoyed working with communities through projects aimed to improve Eastern North Carolina’s rural towns.

Fun Fact about you: I grew up on a flower farm.
